The EU is in full panic mode.
The idea of hitting Transnistria for the largest Soviet ammo stockpile to give it to Ukraine is beyond crazy.
But a cornered animal is the most dangerous one. We are getting closer to full blown WWIII, if these ideas are being discussed.

“The Slovak foreign ministry rejects such interference with the internal affairs of the Slovak Republic,” the ministry said in a press statement.

Major war preparations in Germany to support 90,000 NATO troops - "We are
headed for a pan-European war" say the Russians

According to Russian military sources, French and American
forces have entered the Odessa region from Romania, with
Moscow now talking of a "pan-European war" if the escalation
continues.
They are members of the French Foreign Legion and the US
101st Airborne Division preparing the defense of the city.
According to the Russians, this is being done under the cover of
increasing NATO military advisers in Ukraine.

Armament depots opened in Germany and Poland: USA and Britain transfer
huge quantities of weapons to Ukraine for the new NATO Army

The US and Britain are giving Ukraine the largest military aid in
their modern history, raising reasonable questions about who
will operate all these weapons systems given the lack of
Ukrainian Army men.
The Russians believe that most of the military aid is intended for
NATO forces that will enter either as mercenaries or as a regular
army in Ukraine.
