Τα έσοδα δεν αναπληρώνονται.

Επιπλέον, η διεθνής κοινότητα ρίχνει σταδιακά το πετρέλαιο στη μισή τιμή.
Αυτό σημαίνει ότι η δεύτερη πηγή εσόδου για τη Ρωσία πέφτει επίσης στο μισό.
